delete your pocket planter account

Open pocket planter, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account. You will be asked to type your email to confirm. Your profile, plants, rooms, room photos and plant spots, care logs, photos, usage records, usage counters and push tokens are deleted immediately, and the account itself right after.

Send an email from the address you signed up with to hello@pocketplanter.app with the subject "Delete my pocket planter account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply. We may ask you to confirm from that address so nobody can delete your account for you.
what gets deleted, and what does not
- Deleted: your account, profile, plants, rooms, room photos and plant spots, care logs, notes, tasks, achievements, photos in our storage, usage records, AI usage counters and push tokens.
- Feedback you sent through the app is kept for up to 24 months but detached from your account with the email address removed.
- Supabase keeps daily backups for a limited period (7 days on the current plan); deleted data disappears from backups when they rotate. We may keep a minimal record of the deletion request itself where the law requires it.
- Photos you sent for identification were processed by Kindwise (Plant.id); their retention is described in our Privacy Policy.
